Gross.

But this green tea stuff, now this is supposed to be pretty dang good for you.  So what do you do? Lots of us are choking it back anyway . . . BLAST MY FAT green tea!

Green Tea Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups chilled green tea (made with six tea bags)
  • 1 Blender Boyz Berry Blend smoothie mix
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 1 cup ice

Directions

In a blender, whirl ingredients until smooth. Makes 3 cups.
