You know it; avocados are one of those magic uber-healthy foods we should all be eating daily. They’re chock-full of antioxidants and those ridiculously perplexing yet important healthy fats. They also contain fibre, they make you feel full so you don’t binge, they lower cholesterol . . . and hey! Let’s not forget they taste pretty dang good, too!
But . . . how many ways can you think of to eat your guacamole?
We’re not so great in the kitchen to figure out how to vary up avocado dishes day in and day out, but we are KILLER when it comes to berry smoothies.

Put ’em together and you get . . . creamy deliciousness in a berry smoothie health extravaganza!
Mixed Berry-Avocado Smoothie
- 1 avocado, peeled & pitted
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 pouch Blender Boyz Berry Blend Smoothie Mix
- 1 cup of ice
Puree all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
