Three Classic DIY Drink & Smoothie Recipes from ‘The Boyz’

1 teaspoon espresso coffee powder
3 or 4 tablespoons chocolate syrup
1 banana
1 cup ice

1 small to medium wedge of honeydew melon
1 celery stalk
1 kiwi fruit (remove the skin)
6 to 10 fresh mint leaves
1 cup ice

Place ice and the mix into a blender, then add the remaining ingredients. Blend for just over a minute until smooth. If desired, strain seeds.

 

DEEP BLUE MARGARITA (Definitely one of the most classic of all drink or smoothie recipes!)bluemargdrink

Lime wheels or oversized blueberries
Coarse salt (preferably coloured sea salt)
1 ounce very blue Curacao liqueur
2 ounces blue Agave tequila
1 cup ice
1 pouch margarita mix

Place ice, blue Curacao, tequila and pouch mix into a blender, and blend until smooth. Garnish with lime wheels (pre-soaked in Curacao liqueur) or blueberries on picks. Rim glass with salt.
